Photographers in social media

Nowadays, there are several social media platforms related to photography. People seem to have interest in taking pictures of themselves and showing them to the world. An Instagram profile can tell a lot about you, and people have become more interested in sharing their most special moments through visuals instead of writing them.

Dave Yoder is a photographer specialized in taking really original photos and explaining them. No wonder he has a contract with National Geographic, because every photo he takes effectively portrays the atmosphere of the place. They often involve people, and they have an unique quality that differs this photographer from the rest. He uses his Instagram profile to post his favorite shots taken by National Geographic’s demand.

Victoria Siemer is an artist quite active in social media, specially instagram and Twitter (Though this last one is also used for leisure). She likes taking photos using elements that could alter them such as smoke or neon lights. Victoria also uses letters, phrases and modifications of the natural state of people and landscapes. Her shoots are melancholyic and nostalgic, sometimes even have movement.
